Job Description
Our client is a renowned company that specializes in the production of high-tech plastic solutions with complex designs. They specialize in injection molding and the production of molds for the medical, aerospace, defense and many other industries. They develop their own molds and work with complex materials such as Peek (Victrex) and Pei (Ultem), with or without glass and/or carbon fibers. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are looking for injection molding machine operators.
What type of professional do we need? What are the expectations?
- You operate the injection molding machine and other supporting equipment for feeding raw material and
- receiving molded parts
- You sort and pack semi-finished and finished products
- You supervise and control the correct course of the molding process
- You control the quality of manufactured products
- You manage technological documentation (production and quality documentation)
- You supervise the control equipment monitoring the technological process
- You take care of the tidiness of your workplace
- You have experience as an injection molding machine operator
- A degree as an operator in plastics machinery or a related field would be an advantage
- You communicate in English or Dutch
- You are sharp and accurate
- You have an active driving license
